MethoDocs 260 M

MethoDocs 260 M is a high efficiency (160%) rutile coated repair and maintenance electrode. It yields a fully austenitic stainless steel weld metal with a high Mn content. It is developed for welding and coating Mn-steels (14% Mn), welding of different and difficult-to-weld steels, application of buffer layer before hardfacing, repair of parts exposed to shocks.

It has a soft back, has low spatter and is easy to remove slag, gives regular weld seams, provides weld metal highly resistant to cracks.
